Canada Post Shipping Standard Delivery Rates Apply

Specialty and oversize Dream Catchers and other Items may have alternate shipping methods provided or options indicated. We highly recommend additional insurance when it is offered, please use it as we cannot replace your item if it is damaged in shipping without it. Things happen.

We pack it. We check it. We trust your order to be right.

I am the owner operator. You will find out I packed it for you. I like to leave a little note or something that means something to me. One of those thank you's is this. I check your package.

So we gotta ask you to do your part too. Shipping and returns are costly business expenses for any business. We encourage you to use insured shipping for larger and specialty items if not everything. Just in case etc.

While many of our smaller items are seamlessly shipped via Canada post in a small bubble mailer, some of our larger Dream Catchers need special boxes and time Packing to get them to you appropriately and safely.  Products needing special handling will be indicated on their product information page. 

Please be aware there is a 15% restocking fee for returned items in addition to return shipping at your cost. While mistakes do happen, we will do our best to minimize the effect and end result on your pocket as well as ours.

and we will do what we can to make right or replace your item in the event of a fabrication defect.

Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) prior to any return.

In the event that we cannot work through the issue and a return is needed, we will provide you a Policy Return Number and RMA number for use at a Canada Post to print a return and ship label there, the system notifies us it is enroute. Once the item is received, we will deduct the return shipping and restocking fee and refund the credit card account in question.
